Job summary

Arc Human Services is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee the total operation of designated community homes, the staff, and the individuals served. The role focuses on health, welfare, and development while coordinating all aspects of the homes.

You will supervise direct care staff, perform evaluations, and provide coaching and training to ensure high-quality care and compliance with county/state regulations and agency policies.

Qualifications

• PAID training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Associates Degree or Equivalent.
• Valid PA Driver’s License.
• Pass health, background checks, and TB (ALL company paid!)

Responsibilities

• To manage the total operation of the designated community homes, the staff, and individuals.
• Responsible for health, welfare, and development of individuals, and for managing and coordinating all aspects of the community homes.
• Responsible for the supervision and performance evaluations of direct care staff, including recommendations and issuing disciplinary action.
• Responsible for coaching and training staff to perform at their fullest potential.
• Responsible for compliance with all applicable county and state regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures.
