Baltimore Corps is seeking a Program Manager to oversee five licensed homes and supervise residential staff. You will ensure health and safety compliance with COMAR, CMS, and regulatory standards, and lead the Individual Planning process with measurable outcomes.

You will coordinate medical services, conduct monthly supervision, manage schedules, and remain on-call 24/7. The role includes data input, community connections, and active participation in agency planning and meetings.

Formación

• Bachelor of Arts degree in a human services related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Education).
• At least three years of experience in developmental disabilities and one year of supervisory experience.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Overall management of the five licensed homes and residential staff.
• Ensure health and safety needs of individuals are met per COMAR, CMS, nursing regulations, accreditation standards, and agency policies.
• Develop outcomes, goals, and strategies as part of Individual Planning and monitor progress with the Quality Manager.
• Ensure medical services for individuals are completed as required.
• Conduct and document monthly one-on-one supervision with Residential Supervisors.
• Use the agency database for timely data input and record keeping.
• Schedule staff, manage overtime, and monitor time management system usage.
• Be on-call 24/7 for assigned homes.
• Conduct quarterly home visits and follow up on identified issues.
• Assist in Personal Planning Meetings and directed planning.
• Attend agency meetings, trainings, and DDA sponsored events.
• Monitor household funds and review incident reports and progress reviews.

Educación

Bachelor of Arts degree in a human services related field including but not limited to Social Work, Psychology, or Education
