Job summary

Chesterwye Center in Grasonville, MD is seeking a Program Manager to oversee five licensed homes within the Residential Department. The role requires strong supervisory skills to guide residential supervisors and direct support professionals, ensuring compliance with COMAR, CMS, nursing regulations, and Chesterwye policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts in a human services-related field preferred (Social Work, Psychology, or Education).
At least three years in developmental disabilities with one year of supervisory experience.
Must have access to a personal vehicle for agency business and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Manage five licensed homes within the Residential Department.
Ensure health and safety needs align with COMAR, CMS, and Chesterwye policies.
Lead one-on-one supervision meetings monthly with Residential Supervisors.
Schedule staff, monitor time management, and control overtime.
Be on-call 24/7 for assigned homes.
Oversee monthly paperwork and payroll inputs.
