CarePoint Response, Inc. (CPR) seeks a Residential Manager to oversee daily operations of our residential programs in Baltimore, ensuring a safe, structured environment and guiding shift leaders and direct care staff to deliver compassionate recovery support.

The role emphasizes staffing compliance, scheduling, training development, and performance management, with opportunities to contribute to direct care and ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Behavioral Health or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant experience may compensate.
• 3–4 years of experience in residential or human services; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential programs and supervise shift leaders.
• Manage staff schedules, overtime, and staffing ratios.
• Develop and implement training policies and onboarding plans.
• Engage in direct client care as needed and ensure compliant documentation.
• Lead monthly group meetings and one-on-one supervision with staff.
