Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist in Palmdale, CA to sell Pest Management Services to homeowners. You will assess customer needs, present solutions, and collaborate with service teams to close deals while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requires 1+ year sales or pest technician experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel up to 100% within territory. Base pay plus commissions, with total earnings potential over $60k after training.

Responsabilidades

• Assessing customers' needs by performing a needs analysis using knowledge of products and services.
• Visually inspect homes/businesses for pests and pest entry points; sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with customer service center, Inside Sales, and technicians to increase opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements.
