Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer Associate's or Technical degree.
• Pest Industry certifications a plus.
• 1+ years of sales or pest technician experience.
• 2+ years in a customer service role.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs with a needs analysis based on customer concerns using expert knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Visually inspect homes and businesses for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.
• Sell pest control solutions for residential customers.
• Collaborate with customer service, Inside Sales, and technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share for clarity.
