Rentokil North America is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist to sell Pest Management Services to homeowners, assess needs, and close opportunities with customer-focused service. You will collaborate with our Inside Sales team, technicians, and the Branch Manager to develop compelling proposals and resolve pest issues.

The role requires 1+ year of sales or pest technician experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 100% within territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or pest technician experience.
• Preferred 1-2 years of pest control sales and 2+ years in customer service.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsabilités

• Sell residential pest control solutions to new and existing customers.
• Perform needs analysis and provide expert product recommendations.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, technicians, and Branch Manager.
• Develop proposals, follow up on past proposals, and close sales opportunities.
• Provide knowledge for service installations and use CRM for daily activities.
