Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist in California to sell pest management services to new and existing residential customers. You will perform needs analyses, visually inspect properties, and close sales while coordinating with the service center and technicians.

The role requires a high school diploma (Associate’s preferred), pest industry certifications a plus, and 1+ years of sales or pest tech experience. Travel up to 100% within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of sales or pest technician experience.
• Prefer 1-2 years of experience in pest control sales and 2+ years in a customer service role.
• Must be an effective verbal communicator with customer-facing conversations and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers based on needs analysis.
• Inspect homes/businesses for pests and advise on solutions.
• Collaborate with service center, Inside Sales, and technicians to increase opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share with the team.
