Job summary

Western Exterminator is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist in Palmdale, CA to sell pest management solutions to new and existing customers. You will assess needs, inspect properties, and craft proposals while coordinating with service teams to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires a year of sales or pest tech experience, a valid license, and strong communication. Base pay ranges with incentive potential are provided, with travel up to 100% within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year sales or pest technician experience.
• 2+ years in a customer service role preferred.
• Pest industry certifications a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel up to 100%.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential pest management services and products to new and existing customers.
• Perform needs analyses to identify customer concerns and tailor solutions.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and hazards.
• Develop proposals and close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with customer service, inside sales, and technicians.
• Maintain daily activity and sales performance in CRM.
