Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist to drive sales of pest management services to homeowners. You will assess customer needs, perform home inspections, and present tailored solutions, collaborating with service teams to close opportunities.

The role requires 1+ years in sales or pest tech, strong communication, and a valid driver's license with travel up to 100% within territory. Benefits start Day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer Associate's or Technical degree.
• Pest Industry certifications a plus.
• 1+ years of sales or pest technician experience required.
• 1-2 years in pest control sales; 2+ years in customer service preferred.
• Effective verbal communicator with customer-facing presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license in residence; travel up to 100%.

Responsabilités

• Sell Residential Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing residential customers.
• Perform needs analyses based on customer concerns using product knowledge.
• Inspect homes/businesses for pests and pest harborage.
• Sell pest control solutions based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve issues and suggest enhancements.
• Complete home diagrams and use Sales CRM for clear understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
