Kind Lending is seeking a Retail Loan Consultant in Oklahoma City. This role focuses on proactively generating residential mortgage business, building a residual pipeline, and meeting monthly and annual sales goals.

Responsibilities include networking with mortgage, real estate, and related professionals, and establishing strong relationships in purchase and refinance markets. Knowledge of FHA/VA/conventional loans is preferred, and the position is commission-based with potential incentives.

Formación

• Three or more years’ full-time retail loan origination experience.
• Active and/or Approved-inactive NMLS license in the state of operation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with FHA, VA, conventional, jumbo, refinance, and purchase loans.
• Self-motivated mortgage professional with strong organizational and follow-through skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build rapport and leverage existing relationships with borrowers to help achieve mortgage goals.
• Consult with customers and analyze financial situations to recommend appropriate loan products.
• Ensure each loan meets customer needs and Kind Lending standards.
• Understand loan origination process and coordinate with support staff.
• Input and upload customer information into loan origination software.
• Structure and price loans in accordance with Kind Lending guidelines.
