Job summary

Kind Lending is seeking experienced Retail Loan Consultants to generate new residential mortgage business and maintain a residual pipeline to meet monthly and annual sales goals.

You will network with mortgage, real estate, and related professionals, analyze financial situations, structure and price loans, and guide customers through the loan process from application to closing. This commission-based role emphasizes people skills and a thorough understanding of FHA, VA, conventional products.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of full-time retail loan origination experience.
• Excellent judgment, problem-solving and research skills.
• Ability to structure and price loans.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Builds rapport and leverages relationships with borrowers to help achieve mortgage financing goals.
• Consults with customers and analyzes their financial situations to provide suitable loan options.
• Ensure each loan meets customer needs as well as Kind Lending standards.
• Understand the loan origination process and coordinate with operations staff.
• Input and upload loan applications and customer information into origination software.
• Structure and price loans accurately per Kind Lending guidelines.
