Mill Creek Residential in Nashville, TN is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain the physical condition of a community. You will identify problems, perform repairs, and ensure timely service requests are completed while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting vacated units, restoring them to make-ready status, and addressing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems. A strong emphasis on resident service and adherence to Fair Housing rules is required.

Qualificações

• Reads and follows work orders in English
• Performs measurements and basic arithmetic accurately
• Uses MS Office and property software to log work
• Operates maintenance tools and equipment safely
• Handles chemicals, paints, and cleaning supplies safely
• Operates vehicles such as cars, trucks, or golf carts

Responsabilidades

• Assist in organizing and performing general duties and repairs per safety standards
• Thoroughly inspect vacated apartments and document renovations
• Restore apartments to make-ready status
• Respond to repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and maintenance needs
• Address resident requests promptly and deliver excellent service
• Promote safe work practices on-site
• Ensure compliance with laws and Fair Housing regulations
• Complete other duties as assigned
