Job summary

Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC in Nashville is hiring a Service Technician Level II (Make Ready) to maintain the community's physical condition, identify problems, complete service requests, and perform repairs in a timely, safe manner. The role requires 1-3 years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED, with HVAC/CPO certifications being a plus.

You will work on-site with the on-site team to ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction while supporting a high standard

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years’ maintenance experience.
• Multifamily maintenance experience helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and perform general maintenance duties and repairs per standards.
• Thoroughly inspect vacated apartments and document renovations for quality.
• Restore apartments to make-ready status in a timely manner.
• Respond to problems with repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety and identify projects.
• Respond to resident requests with excellent customer service.
• Promote safe work practices on-site.
