Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain the physical condition and appearance of our community in Washington. You will identify problems, complete service requests, and perform repairs to keep HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems in top condition.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred), and a High School diploma or GED. HVAC/CPO certification is a plus; strong English communication and safety-minded approach

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience.
• Multifamily maintenance experience helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general maintenance duties.
• Inspect vacated apartments and document renovations.
• Restore apartments to make-ready status.
• Perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and maintenance needs.
• Respond to resident requests with timely, quality service.
• Promote safe work practices on-site.
• Ensure compliance with laws and fair housing regulations.
