Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain the property's physical condition and appearance. You will identify problems, complete service requests, and perform repairs to keep units and common areas in top condition.

The role requires inspecting vacated apartments, coordinating renovations, and returning units to make-ready status, with responsibilities spanning HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years’ maintenance experience.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general maintenance duties per standards.
• Inspect vacated apartments and document renovations.
• Restore apartments to make-ready status.
• Respond to repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related areas.
• Inspect community grounds to ensure safety and identify projects.
• Respond to resident requests with timely service.
• Promote safe work practices on-site.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Fair Housing regulations.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
