Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain apartment communities. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect vacated units, and return them to a high-quality make-ready condition.

The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems while ensuring safety and resident satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a High School diploma or GED, and HVAC/CPO certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience, multi-family preferred.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.
• Read, write and speak English; communicate with residents and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Perform general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs per safety standards.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, re-inspect for quality.
• Restore apartments to make-ready status and complete repairs promptly.
• Respond to problems with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and maintenance needs.
• Provide timely resident service and uphold safety practices.
