Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain the condition and appearance of the community. You will identify problems, complete service requests, and perform repairs to uphold safety and quality in occupied and vacated units.

The role requires 1-3 years of maintenance experience, HVAC/CPO preferred, and basic computer skills. A strong focus on safety and customer service will be essential in this on-site Denver, CO community.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Able to take measurements and perform basic arithmetic.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs per safety standards.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, re-inspect for quality.
• Restore apartments to make-ready status and perform repairs as needed.
• Respond to problems with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and maintenance tasks.
• Respond to resident requests with timely, excellent service.
• Promote safe on-site work practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Complete other assigned duties and embody company values.
