Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain the physical condition and appearance of our community. You will identify problems, complete service requests, and perform repairs to uphold safety and quality standards.

Strong communication, basic math, and proficiency with MS Office and PM software will help you deliver timely make-ready renovations and outstanding resident service while complying with all laws and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English; understand work instructions and safety trainings.
• Accurately take measurements and perform basic arithmetic.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Experience with maintenance duties and safety compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs consistent with operating and safety standards
• Thoroughly inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect units for quality
• Routinely perform duties to restore apartments to make ready status
• Address repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems
• Inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety and coordinate maintenance projects
• Respond to resident requests with timely, excellent customer service
• Promote safe work practices on-site and ensure regulatory compliance
• Complete other duties as assigned and reflect Mill Creek values
