Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II (Make Ready) to maintain the physical condition and appearance of our community and respond to repairs. You will identify problems, complete service requests, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting vacated apartments, documenting renovations, and restoring units to make-ready status, with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general carpentry tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• 1–3 years' experience performing maintenance duties.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general maintenance, preventative tasks and repairs per safety standards.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect units for quality and presentation.
• Routinely perform make-ready duties to restore apartments.
• Respond to problems with repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and related systems.
• Inspect community grounds and buildings to ensure safety and identify projects.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely manner with excellent customer service.
• Promote safe work practices among on-site team and ensure compliance with laws.
