Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience performing maintenance duties.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general duties and repairs.
• Thoroughly inspect vacated apartments and document necessary renovations.
• Respond to problems with successful repairs in various systems.
• Routinely inspect community grounds to ensure safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents.
