Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support our multi-family communities. You will perform routine upkeep, respond to resident requests, and help ensure safe, well-maintained properties.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, EPA certifications, and proficiency with property management software. This on-site role includes weekends and a 40-hour schedule with paid time off and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and diagnose issues.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance and document activities.
• Track inventory and return unused items to proper locations.
• Assist in conducting routine property inspections and report concerns.
