RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold property standards, diagnose defects, and perform repairs across common areas, exteriors, and units. You will handle work orders promptly, assist with make‑ready tasks, and ensure safety compliance.

The role requires basic maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and strong communication with residents and team members. Schedule typically 40 hours weekly with standard property hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders within 24–48 hours and performs on‑site maintenance.
• Executes make‑ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Inspects and repairs property systems and common areas.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness per company policies.
• Documents work performed and coordinates with vendors when needed.
