Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair apartment homes across our communities. You will diagnose issues, complete repairs within 24–48 hours, and perform make-readies for new move-ins, following safety policies and RangeWater standards.

You will work a 40-hour week with scheduled weekends as needed, and must have a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years of maintenance experience, and EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years in apartment maintenance or equivalent preferred.
• EPA refrigerant certification(s) required (Type I/II or Universal).

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Make-ready process for vacant units prior to leasing and move-ins.
• Assist cost-cutting by repairing instead of replacing parts where possible.
• Manage materials and inventory from the maintenance shop; notify re-order needs.
• Document work orders accurately and timely.
• Inspect contractor work to verify quality and safety standards.
