Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service interior and exterior areas of our multi-family properties. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and support make-ready workflows to prepare homes for new move-ins.

The role requires EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications and a valid driver's license. You will work 40 hours weekly, including some weekends, and collaborate with residents and contractors to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years apartment maintenance preferred.
• Certifications: EPA Type I/II or Universal required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities clean and safe.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and prep vacant units for leasing.
• Inspect quality of contractor work and ensure compliance with safety policies.
