RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment communities safe, clean, and fully functional. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, complete make-readies, and respond quickly to resident service requests while maintaining safety standards.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and experience with property management software such as Entrata Yardi or One Site.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years apartment maintenance preferred.
• Computer: Proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders within 24–48 hours and performs routine maintenance.
• Makes ready units by inspecting, repairing, and preparing for new move-ins.
• Repairs to meet safety standards and code requirements; documents work performed.
