Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interiors and exteriors of our properties in top condition. You will handle resident requests, perform routine upkeep, and support make‑ready processes to prepare units for move‑ins.

Strong communication and reliable teamwork are essential as you comply with safety policies, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors. Weekend availability and EPA certifications are required for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1-3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders within 24–48 hours and performs routine maintenance.
• Prepares vacated units and creates punch lists for make‑ready.
• Repairs or replaces parts to control costs and conserve materials.
• Tracks inventory and notifies supervisor for re-ordering needs.
• Inspects work quality and ensures compliance with safety standards.
• Interacts professionally with residents and maintenance team.
