Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance and basic repairs.
• Proficient use of hand and power tools.
• Good communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units.
• Complete safety and quality inspections of common areas.
• Maintain documentation and paperwork for requests.
• Assist in inventory and materials management.
