Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interior and exterior buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas in top condition, meeting safety and cleanliness standards. You will diagnose, repair and perform routine upkeep from work orders, and support the make-ready process for vacant homes.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests within 24–48 hours, coordinating with vendors, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members.
• Willingness to learn and follow established safety procedures.
• Experience with basic facility maintenance and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours while maintaining quality.
• Perform routine upkeep and make-ready tasks for vacant units.
• Inspect and repair building systems and report safety concerns.
• Assist in cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
