Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of maintenance-related experience or related field.
• EPA Type 1/2 or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• Must have valid driver's license for on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Execute make-ready tasks for vacant units and manage punch lists.
• Track inventory and coordinate materials with maintenance supervisor.
