Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property's physical condition, respond to work orders, and perform preventative maintenance across 393 units. You will diagnose defects, repair systems, and manage make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing while keeping common areas clean and safe.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 & II or Universal.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA/safety compliance training helpful.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in buildings, systems and equipment.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and inspect completed work.
• Maintain inventory, document work orders, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Assist in ground and common-area maintenance and safety compliance.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.
