Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure physical aspects of the property meet safety and quality standards. You will handle work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with make-ready tasks for vacants.

The role requires 1-2 years of maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certification, and a valid driver’s license. Expect a busy schedule with on‑site responsibilities and on‑call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Tracks materials and returns unused items, notifies supervisor when reordering is needed.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, cleans and paints as needed to uphold property standards.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible and using materials wisely.
