Greystar seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure building integrity, safety, and cleanliness across the property. You will perform repairs, handle preventative maintenance, and manage make-ready processes for new move-ins on a Monday-Friday basis with on-call rotations.

Essential duties include diagnosing issues, coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory, and documenting work orders. A valid EPA refrigerant certification and a driver's license are required, with opportunities for on-site

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification required (Type 1 and II or Universal).
• Valid driver's license may be required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Comfort with using tools and performing preventative maintenance within safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per policies and codes.
• Prepares vacants for leasing via make-ready, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Manages materials and inventory by tracking usage, returning items, and notifying supervisors of re-order needs.
• Documents service requests timely and accurately for proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting, and performing related tasks.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible and using tools/materials efficiently.
