Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Salem, UT to support daily maintenance operations, perform repairs, and assist in make-ready tasks under supervision. The role involves responding to resident requests, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to overall property upkeep.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-site work, with on-call duties as needed, is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
• Assist with maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks to support property operations
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and follow safety guidelines
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on systems and equipment
• Assist with on-call emergency coverage at the community
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, inspections, and maintenance activities
