Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance operations across our communities. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance on-site under supervision, ensuring repairs meet property objectives and schedules.

The role requires high school diploma, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, and reliable transportation for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Must have reliable transportation due to the on-call requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance and on-site repairs.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance in common areas and units with attention to safety.
• Maintain pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure timely resolution.
