Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in North Salt Lake, UT to support maintenance activities across the community. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA requirements, with a focus on safety and customer service in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and scheduling.
• Maintain the cleaning of the exterior of the community, grounds, breezeways, and common areas.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and address issues.
