Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in carrying out maintenance processes for our properties, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic upkeep.

You will be involved in make-readies, respond to work orders, and maintain the exterior and common areas to ensure a safe, attractive community. A High School Diploma and basic computer skills are required, with OSHA knowledge and Fair Housing awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program for the property.
• Assist with make-ready processes for units.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed.
