Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily property maintenance, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. You will assist in make-ready processes under supervision to prepare units for new residents.

A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements are needed. This on-site role requires reliable attendance, safety awareness, good communication with residents, and the ability to handle

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready process to prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain safety standards and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
