Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance across properties, including corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic tasks. You will support make-ready, respond to work orders, and help maintain grounds, common areas, and pool safety while following safety standards.

The role requires high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer service and resident relations experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software usage.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily maintenance of community buildings and units.
• Respond to work orders and resident requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive and cosmetic maintenance per property SOPs.
• Maintain pool and chemical logs; oversee make-ready process.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
