Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across communities. Responsibilities include corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, plus make-ready tasks to meet property objectives.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic on-site software skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards. Regular on-site attendance, safety adherence, and excellent customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facilities and systems.
• Maintain pools, grounds, and common areas; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and inspections.
