Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Santaquin, UT to support daily maintenance tasks across the property and assist with make-ready efforts. You will respond to service requests, perform routine and preventive maintenance, and help uphold safety standards for residents and staff.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA guidelines. On-site work, emergency coverage, and strong customer service are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance; assist with make-ready processes.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and safety standards in line with OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance shop; assist with inventory and supplies.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage and report hazards to supervision.
