Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform essential mechanical and preventive maintenance across the property. The role ensures buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support make-ready and inspection processes. Responsibilities include documenting work, managing supplies, assisting in grounds upkeep, and contributing to cost-control by repairing

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and repair building systems per safety codes.
• Complete make-ready prep for vacant apartments and schedule vendors.
• Track inventory and coordinate material orders with maintenance.
• Document service requests accurately for recordkeeping.
• Assist groundskeeping and upkeep of amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
