Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks across properties. The role requires diagnosing issues, completing work orders, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance while diagnosing defects and making repairs per policy, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing by inspecting pre-move-out items, creating a punch list, scheduling vendors, and inspecting completed work.
• Follows procedures to access materials, tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies the supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents service requests timely and accurately to ensure proper tracking and documentation.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting, and debris removal as needed.
• Supports cost-control by fixing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
