Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, and common areas meet company standards. The role covers maintenance, safety, and quality of work across properties.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, preparing units for leasing, inventory management, and completing required paperwork. The position requires adherence to OSHA safety guidelines and state/local certifications, with some on-site physical duties.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (applies to Certified Service Technicians).
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing.
• Accesses and obtains materials from maintenance by tracking inventory and notifying supervisor.
• Completes documentation for service requests to enable tracking.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts where possible.
