Qualifications

• Technical maintenance and repair experience on property grounds and buildings
• Ability to diagnose issues and follow safety procedures
• Proficient in completing work orders and preventative maintenance
• Ability to inspect and document property conditions accurately

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance per safety standards.
• Finish make-ready tasks for vacant units, inspect, schedule vendors, and ensure timely turnover.
• Procure and manage materials, track inventory, and notify supervisor when reorders are needed.
• Document service requests and maintenance tasks clearly and promptly.
• Assist in grounds, common areas, and amenity upkeep; clean and paint as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing parts instead of replacing when feasible and using tools properly.
