Essential duties include completing work orders and preventative maintenance, managing make‑ready preparations for new residents, tracking inventory, and coordinating with vendors while following safety policies and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to diagnose and repair issues.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Tracks inventory, requisitions supplies, and coordinates with the maintenance supervisor.
