Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, complete the make-ready process for new move-ins, manage inventory, document work, and support on-site safety and cost-control programs.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II/Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Must hold valid driver’s license to operate on-property vehicles.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Assists in make-ready process for vacant units and prepares punch lists.
• Secures materials from maintenance, tracks inventory, and notifies reorders.
• Completes documentation for service requests and tracking.
• Maintains grounds and amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
