Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will diagnose and repair from resident requests, complete make-ready tasks for new move-ins, manage materials, document work, and support cost-control programs while keeping safety policies.

Qualifications

• Requires EPA refrigerant certification and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with maintenance in property management preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in building systems per policies and codes.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and inspect work.
• Track inventory, manage materials, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Assist in grounds maintenance and cleaning of common areas.
• Help reduce costs by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
