Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves ensuring the physical aspects of properties meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, complete make-ready tasks for new move-ins, and maintain accurate documentation. Strong safety awareness and flexibility for after-hours work are required.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All state/local certifications as required for Service Technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Perform make-ready process for vacant units and inspections.
• Track materials and inventory; notify maintenance for re-orders.
• Complete documentation for service requests to enable tracking.
• Assist in grounds and amenities upkeep; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing instead of replacing parts where feasible.
