Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring cleaning, safety, and functionality of buildings and common areas. You will diagnose defects, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure make-readies for new residents are completed to standard.

Responsibilities include documenting work orders, tracking inventory, maintaining grounds and amenities, and supporting cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart or similar equipment on property on depending on property size.
• Incumbents must have all certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Makes the “make-ready” process for vacant apartments, coordinating inspections, vendors and supplies.
• Tracks inventory used and notifies maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.

Education
